“In 2010 Karol and I retired from South Florida and moved to North Georgia, between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, an area we fell in love with.  After looking for several weeks at many cabins and vacant land, we stumbled upon Bryan building a cabin in a development called Homestead Mountain.  After looking at the cabin that he had just started, he took us to see the same smaller completed cabin in Blue Ridge.  Karol and I immediately fell in love with the cabin, we settled on a price and four months later moved in.  Like most cabins, we got a one year warranty.  Being a person that prides himself on always finding something wrong with everything, I could never find anything wrong with our cabin.  The workmanship of our cabin is outstanding and so are Bryan’s work ethics.  Six years later, I’m still trying to find something wrong, but I can’t find anything!  We never anticipate on building another cabin, but if we did, Bryan would be the only person we would trust to build it.  Bryan is the most honest and trustworthy person Karol and I have ever met.  We highly recommend Bryan to build or refurbish any home or building.  Thanks for building us such a wonderful cabin!”

“We purchased a bank owned cabin in 2012.  After doing some research we found that Bryan Contardi was the builder.  We contacted Bryan, who was more than willing to meet with us and give us answers to all the questions we had concerning our new cabin.  Within the first year of owning it, we had Bryan finish the basement complete with a custom “barn door” shower door.  Later he built us a two car garage, a fire pit and updated our master bathroom and kitchen.  The custom finishes all turned out beautifully and all of the work was completed without us having to be present.  We have always been extremely pleased with Bryan’s work and consider him an exceptional contractor and trusted friend.”
